An unfortunate left over from the draft phase was mentions of $message within the runtime expression section. This was there when AsyncAPI support was in scope.

In order to improve clarity we should tidy up the runtime expression syntax and wording to remove specifics related to AsyncAPI which will not be supported with 1.0.x specification versions.
