Make ethereum/solidity CI use EDR stack traces tests instead of Hardhat

The ethereum/solidity repo's CI uses the Hardhat repository to run our stack traces tests with their nightly build. After we finish this migration, we are going to delete those tests from the Hardhat repo, but before doing that we should make sure that they adapted their CI to use EDR's stack traces tests.
