Doxygen built passes even when errors are raised #105

Currently, the doxygen build test https://github.com/NeurodataWithoutBorders/aqnwb/blob/main/.github/workflows/doxygen-build.yml builds the docs correctly but it shows as passing even when there are errors raised in the doxygen built, e.g,

are errors that were missed because the build test appeared as passing for in #92 but should have failed.
