Running dispatch optimization on a CSP model using a sub-hourly weather file (10 min) fails with the error: "Invalid net electricity generation limit series dimension. Matrix must have 52560 rows."

@Matthew-Boyd Hi Matt, any updates on this? Should this be going into the next release?

@tyneises mentioned discussing whether or not this is useful capability for SAM.
