Disappearing External Game Covers

The use of game covers with external links is unreliable, leaving people to have to manually re-add each game when restarting the app. The bug happens rather frequently, and only takes some time to recreate.

I recommend the use of local image files to ensure the reliability of the covers.

This would also be a good solution to #65 & #66 in my opinion.

Can you confirm this wipes the thumbnail URL?
Please check in the game settings, under this heading.

The thumbnail URL is still there, however fails to appear.

I'd also like the note that version 0.3.2 has largely fixed this issue, though it still occurs with a handful of games.

the bug is likely not Mythic, but instead SwiftUI's asynchronous image lazyloading failing to load the image.

i'll leave this issue open for tracking's sake, but for now i don't think i can do anything on my end
