Using Chrome 51.0.2704.79 m on a Surface Pro 4, I'm not able to access the rear camera. When clicking on the "switch camera" button I get the following JS error,
adapter-0.2.3.js:66 Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute 'createObjectURL' on 'URL': No function was found that matched the signature provided.

Tested on the demo site, https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/testdrive/demos/photocapture/. Both Firefox and Edge worked fine on the same demo.
