Using client on PC as playback device - same as "play spotify on my speaker" command

Hi everyone, as in the topic title - is that even a thing? I'd like to add my PC to a list of devices I can play music with google assistant in google home.

Also - should this desktop client be somehow visible/available in google home? I wanted to add it to the room, but can't find it.
