Current description:

nextDaysRelative
If this is set to true, the appointments of today and tomorrow are displayed relatively,
even if the timeformat is set to absolute.

It appears that it only applies to full day events.
So the text should be like:

nextDaysRelative
If this is set to true, the full day events for today and tomorrow are displayed relatively,
even if the timeformat is set to absolute.
