[zarrtraj-develop] Failed CI run

At least two repeated CI runs for zarrtraj have failed.
Here is the last recorded status of the tests:

• installing python: passed
• installing the mdakit: passed
• installing mdanalysis: passed
• installing the test dependencies: passed
• running tests: fail

This is down to a recent breaking change on the develop branch of mdanalysis that affects our guessers interface. We are still triaging things and hoping to fix things as much as possible upstream: MDAnalysis/mdanalysis#4748
