Create an MCT_mod.F90 file which contains, by use with rename, all the popular MCT functions. This would replace similar routines in CESM.
pros: a convenience for MCT users. They only need to include one module to get all of mct. Most are interested in a simple naming scheme.
cons: must be maintained by hand (?). Will always be compiled even if users want to do their own renaming.
