App window disappears after reopen if previous monitor is disconnected #42

Reproduction steps

Open app
Drag to new monitor/screen
Close app
Disconnect monitor
Reopen app

Expected behaviour

The app is relocated to a new monitor.

Actual behaviour

The app window disappears, and the only way to access it is from the system tray.

Notes

This may be an Electron issue.
