Search does not work with large folders

It'll truncate them like on GitHub.

For example enter https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs/tree/master/ajax/libs/ and click "Search".

Also it doesn't work at all (neither search nor download) with e.g. this URL:
https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs/tree/master/ajax/libs/6px

1. Truncate problem is Github limit, i have no idea to solve it :'(
2. It was a rate limit problem, I have solved it a few hours ago.

1. I'm not familiar with the API, but I can't imagine that there isn't a method to receive really all folders and files
2. The issue is still not solved. Type in for example "https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs/tree/master/ajax/libs/mark.js"
