Decoupler impulse issue with simulation

Hi,
Sherwin, french player.
I found the following issue :

When i use Decoupler [procedural] and define the impulse value to zero, after each simulation (orbiting the moon) the value of the impulse grow from zero to 4 Kn, after a second simulation 4 to 16 Kn ect.... If i define 1 Kn, after the next simulation the value up to 6 Kn.

Welp, IDK then. Worked On My Machine.

I assume this has nothing to do with simulations and the same thing would happen when launching vessels in a sandbox save too.
