We should implement the various quantities associated with assembly theory (Sharma et al, 2023), a new class of complexity measures that have gained a lot of attention the past few months (e.g. in the latest Lex Friedman podcast with Lee Cronin, one of the authors). For example:
There's been quite some discussion around this paper, and a number of interesting complexity measures that we haven't yet implemented are mentioned in the critiques of the paper. We should do a deep-dive at some point and open separate issues for these methods.
