The background could fill the
whole screen.
The symbols could collide into one another, be rubbery & bounce, & react to mouse cursor movement.
Create something like a ParticleContainer where the SVGs float into one another & react to your mouse cursor.
There should be a property where either the symbols collide with one another, or pass through one another. Also one where the symbols react to mouse movement or not.
