distortion correction: add a B0 correction in the slice encode direction #254

at the moment B0 only corrected in the frequency encode direction: https://github.com/ACRF-Image-X-Institute/mri_distortion_toolkit/blob/448082240c2ecd82dd421bde14d873ed7b072d68/mri_distortion_toolkit/DistortionCorrection.py#L148

B0 also has some effects in the slice encode direction
