handle non image dicoms in image folder during dicom read in #156

Some manufacturers include non image dicom files in the export.

I think this line handles these cases for the MarkerVolume:

try:
    file.pixel_array
except AttributeError:
    # some manufacturers put non image dicoms in the folder as well
    continue
