Hi, i wonder if its possible to mark a media played even when i mark it as played in Jellyfin? Now i need to always start playback and scroll to the end instead simply mark it as played. Did i missed something?

No you didn't miss anything. Right now the integration only tracks media that you watch, not the ones you have already watched.
