With #276 merged, the actual form is now hidden behind the "Don’t see your issue here? Open a blank issue." link below the list: https://github.com/Icinga/icingadb/issues/new/choose

So we should add other issue templates to have a nice list of options (bug, feature, question) there.

Created #282 to get at least some template there. Omitted feature requests as I think we want to wait to get our 1.0 release done before we take those. So keep that issue open for later.
