Expanding Documentation for UX - Feature Commands

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Due to it's existance (Feature Command Menu) but never really explained inside the documentation.
Since there is Icinga Web 2 there is the Feature Commands Section in Web 2 and now also in IcingaDB Web.
There is simply no explanation whatsoever in which context the commands are to the Tab (Host Tab/Service Tab/Icinga Health) where they are added.

A clear and concise description of what the Feature Commands do in the Tab(s) where they are shown as a Documentation Markdown which explains it's usage for Docs.icinga.com
