Context

The tool now also works on MacOS (except native_posix and native_sim which are not supported because of Zephyr itself). Therefore, the documentation should be updated by adding all MacOS relevant steps to respective files.

Required steps / Implementation details

TBD

Definition of Done

New user can install and use east on MacOS in the same fashion as on Linux. He/she should be able to achieve that by just following the documentation.
