[Frotend] Check Login page

When the user clicks on the login page on the Side menu, firstly it appears a prompt page to make login with the HS's logo and a button. Afterwards, it goes to a blank page, making the login session incomplete.

Probably this feature was to be complemented with the login with fenix or with the HSInventory some sort, but for now it's actually blank. Some images were added to show the current pages on the app.

The goal is now to finish at least the UI section of the login page and, ideally, making this page the first one if there is no session opened when the app is initialized. In terms of backend, it can be entire issue in on itself, since it will need to handle the fenix API logic and communicate with the HSInventory to assure only the nucleus members can access the content inside the app.
