Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Having more data on how a user behaves when resolving an exam is important for later performance analysis. This type of data can be used to detect what subjects, themes, types of questions the user is most uncomfortable. It will also improve recommendations given to the user like the automatic exam generation.

Gather data like time spent answering a question, number of times the answer changed, etc...
