Convert local .mp4 files to HLS/DASH and upload to own CDN?

Hi,

I just found your Asset and want to evaluate it for a possible use in company context. I really like the possibility to convert the videos into HLS and DASH streams for multi-platform delivery.

Is it with the SDK also possible to convert local .mp4-files to HLS only without uploading it to your portal?
We are using Azure Blobstorage to store our files and would like to upload them there.

Unfortunately, that is not an option at the moment, but we will keep it in mind for our roadmap.
On the other hand, our video player asset is fully compatible with Azure streams, no need to use our server.

True but it would be cool to have a feature included that could convert .mp4-files to HLS-format by code and let the developer do what ever he wants with it after that :)

I really appreciate the speed you have developed this. But unfortunetely I can't give you access to our development-environment as this is accessible only from inside our company and you would need an employee-account, sorry.

Maybe it's an option for you to request a free Microsoft developer account and setup your own azure web app with restricted access that requires authentication? Then you can send a Bearer Token as authorization-header.
