Hello all
I don't find a kinematic fit tool in FCCAnalyses, will kinematic fitting tools be developed in the future?

hello @syWang0535 ,
this is correct, kinematic fitting tools are not implemented, and you are welcome to help to develop one.
Out of curiosity, do you have an existing package in mind or starting from a custom implementation?

Dear @clementhelsens,
Thanks for your reply, why I ask about kinematic fitting tool is that I see "A first set of tools to interface jet algorithms, tagging and a LEP kinematical fit have been developed in FCCAnalysis and are available to all users" in P. Azzi's report on 3rd FCC-France, Dec 2021. So I think kinematic fitting tool has been developed.
To answer your question, according to his report, using ABCfit++(ported from a LEP algorithm) as a general package to perform kinematical fits is feasible.
I'm curious has the development of the kinematic fitting tool started? What kinematical fit package do you want to use?

Hello @syWang0535 , maybe better to tag @patriziaazzi and @EmanuelPerez here as to my knowledge this LEP kinematical tool is purely standalone, while the jet clustering is in FCCAnalyses, but maybe I remember wrong
