Feature Request: Locked Output Bus

Feature Description

I want to be able to lock an output bus to a single item, in the same way as output hatches.

This will make passive lines that produce items much easier, when you either want to use the same machine for multiple outputs, or are dealing with a recipe that has multiple outputs and you only want to block the passive process on a single one of them.
