Geolocation File available?

At TPAC during one of the sessions, it was mentioned that the file mapping ips to rough locations for Chrome ip protection is available but all I could find on this repo was the example file https://www.gstatic.com/ipprotection/geofeed_template. Can you confirm that is the final file, or is it somewhere else? Thank you!
