Level 10 wrong number off files to be committed #271

The number of files to be committed is 3 not 2.

rubyfile5.rb is staged for commit but it also has unstated changes.

i think the error is at

githug/levels/number_of_files_committed.rb

where rubyfile5.rb is staged for commit
