MVP1 - Toggle Presentation

As a user I can toggle presentation mode which allows me to present the tactics to all users in the room without users who aren't admins or the room owner, from interacting. This option will be in the top right nav bar.

Requirements

• As a registered user I can enable presentation mode if presentation mode is not enabled by anyone
• If I enabled presentation mode I shall be able to use the app as I could previously
• If I did not enable presentation mode and I do not have admin or room owner permission I shall not be able to interact with the canvas, tactics or entity panel.
• If I did not enable presentation mode and I do have admin or room owner permission I shall be able to use the app as I could previously
• All clients shall be notified when presentation mode is toggled.
• All clients shall have the option display a green colour if presentation mode is enabled, and a grey colour if it isn't enabled.
