MVP2 - Anonymous Users

As a user who is not signed in I am an Anonymous User.

If I am an Anonymous User and I created this room I have the following functionality

• Save Room button is enabled and the Save Room end point is accessible
• Room Settings button is enabled and the end point is accessible
• The Entity Panel is enabled
• The Tool Panel is enabled
• The Tactics editing tool is enabled
• The map will be visible.
• The Users panel is enabled and I can assign permissions and the end point is accessible

If I am an Anonymous User and I am not the one who created this room I have the following functionality - This is the same for logged in users

• Save Room button is disabled and the Save Room end point is inaccessible
• Room Settings button is invisible and the end point is inaccessible
• The Entity Panel is enabled
• The Tool Panel is enabled
• The Tactics editing tool is enabled
• The map will be visible.
• The Users panel is enabled and I cannot assign permissions and the end point is inaccessible
