Make CD player volume scale with Music/City Volume slider in options menu.
Fix CD player persisting through menus
Fix the scaling of the CD player UI. The track number gets way too large at resolutions above 640x480. It's almost as if the number scales with the resolution of the screen, but the player itself doesn't. Image here.

Confirmed the font scales with the screen resolution. The font scale is 24 for each 480 Y resolution.
