Describe requirements

User reports " it would be nice to have an option to show all reports, and perhaps have a button that says 'Show all reports", but also have a warning message to let users know that they are about to load all active reports, and it will slow down the map. "

We currently don't have plans to implement this. We can consider if we get user requests on this.
