We currently know of two types of user from a comment from Mark Parrington against the challenge details:
The primary use of the dashboard will be internal for day-to-day monitoring of air quality alerts in multiple locations around the world, and diagnosing forecast performance in terms of the pollutants used in the air quality index calculation. However, the dashboard should not be limited to this and any proposed development which covers both internal and external applications are anticipated and will be very welcome.
Creating user personas will help us to understand the target users in more detail, by documenting what they are trying to achieve, what tools they are currently using, and what their frustrations / pain point are.
Acceptance Criteria:
Documented in our Confluence space (can be moved once we have somewhere that is accessible to all)
Covers at least the two types of user above
