Tests refer to obsolete nanorc transition commands

E.g., in ./integtest/command_order_test.py, the implementation of the command order test referred to in the dunedaq-v3.2.0 test spreadsheet, transitions like init and resume which no longer get used in nanorc are called, with predictable failures when run.
