NTRU and PSK encryption which are providedby MAM library can serve for grouping. For enabling enpoint to group subscribers, we should implement this functionality

The current MAM library can attach PSK and NTRU keys only on header. Therefore, if the first request of send_mam_message didn't include the PSK or NTRU keys, then the whole channel can't be encrypted with PSK and NTRU keys.

#621 has implementation MAM PSK encryption. However, MAM NTRU is still under investigation
