We should make app instead of panel with:

  • panel
  • simple-json-datasource (if possible)
  • dashboard

Can we make grafana-data-exporter work without simple-json-datasource ?

@jonyrock seems like we can

We can also add a grafana-data-exporter-datasource to this app. It would help us to:

  • set backend URL in one place (not in template variables)
  • proxy backend queries through Grafana. It'll solve Mixed Content issue
  • get rid of simple-json-datasource (?)

Facing same issue. API endpoints are deployed as a docker container in ec2 machine and from Grafana cloud we are trying to access those endpoints using HTML, Button, AJAX plugins but getting same error as "Mixed Blocked".
