Support Reading Original Json Trace files

It is slightly frustrating to have two formats for JSON traces. In the long run, we should just move back to the original. For now, we need a second reader which can work with the original format. Ultimately, we then switch over. The big issue are the tests, but this can be done incrementally (or even mechanically tbh).
