Data Table Element

Since data tables are formidable elements, we might prefer to fork vaadin-grid and convert it to lit-element, or contribute directly.

Personally, I'm always in favor of contributing to an element (especially a popular one) whenever possible. If our goals differ then I would vote to fork or create a new element.

The Vaadin team has done excellent work with vaadin-grid. I would like to see us work together with their team to enhance it or build a new one from the ground up.
