Submit and Delete Buttons Not Working on Learner-Project-Todo-app

When I want to add a task to TODO list the submit button is not working there as a result i am unable to create a task to that list
and Not only SUBMIT , the DELETE buttons of the pre written task are also not working as a result SUBMISSION and DELETION can't be done
