Certain library keeps scanning

Not sure whats going on, but for the past few days my logs keep getting spammed with

Its only this 4k movie library. Every other library is scanning in fine with no issues. The path to this library is correct so not sure why autoscan cant see it correctly. A manual scan in plex picks it up and adds it and even plays fine. Everytime autoscan tries to scan in from this folder, I can see in plex a scan happens but autoscan just keeps trying to scan the same movie from this library over and over again

edit: Deleting the DB file did fix the issue, But curious as to what caused it in the first place. Hopefully when a new 4k movie gets imported by radarr this issue doesnt happen again
