[Feature request] Allow Shift + a to add bookmark to top of list, regardless of if it was already bookmarked

my bookmarks tab gets very long. When playing an expert pack, many of the bookmarked items remain relevant for a large portion of the pack.

It would be nice to be able to move an existing bookmark to the top of the list instead of having to search my existing book marks for the item, just to press "a" on it, and bookmark it again to move it back to the beginning of the list, where my recent bookmarks go. (If it wasn't clear, I use the "prepend bookmarks" option)

My proposed solution is to allow "shift + a" to always put an item at the top of the bookmarks list, regardless of if it was already present. I am fine with the item being moved to the top if it was already present in the bookmarks (since I don't know if the system is made to allow multiple copies of the same item in the bookmarks tab)
