We are trying to integrate Adobe analytics with Brightcove Player as part of the project. There is a ‘brightcove.min.js’ file that is supposed to act as an library file along with a ‘config.js’ file. There is supposed to be adobe analytics calls on every player click, page load etc and this actually happens from the brightcove.min.js file. We are actually unable to implement analytics as the milestone events aren’t triggering calls to adobe analytics. The calls are instead getting triggered to Brightcove Analytics thus making no Adobe Analytics call. When I tried to debug, I found that even though I have Adobe Analytics Integrated with AEM and Bright cove in my local, the only values that are being passed on into the Library file are brightcove values. This causes the issue and I feel that there are issues with the configuration values. Can you please help us resolve this issue on priority? We would like to know the correct methods of integrating AEM-> Brightcove and Adobe Analytics and thereby forcing the calls to Adobe Analytics on every action on the player.
