Add importer from a Freeplan mindmap exported in text

In order to create the quality models in a more visual and natural way, Freeplane (wikipedia, a fork from FreeMind) can be used and once the model is visually created, it can be exported in plain text. The format for the plain text file is:

1 Maturity
1.1 Community
1.1.1 Size
1.1.2 Demography
1.2 Activity
1.2.1 Commits
1.2.2 Issues

so it should not be difficult to add logic to import it to Meditor data model.
