Project stuck on revision

Hi all,

I've encountered the following error when trying to run the pipeline:

Project BCCDC-PHL/mpxv-artic-nf is currently stuck on revision: main -- you need to explicitly specify a revision with the option -r in order to use it

What's the appropriate -r parameter I should use?

This is a nextflow issue, you probably pulled in the pipeline like this:

nextflow pull BCCDC-PHL/mpxv-artic-nf -r main

To answer your question, for -r use whatever release you are comfortable with, which is usually the latest v0.1.2.
