[Microsoft.HDInsight] Schemas generated from azure-rest-api-specs-pr

Hello, our RP Microsoft.HDInsight has some preview resource types specs in https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs-pr.
They are not used to generate schemas automatically so that the 'template export' doesn't work for these resources.

I have some questions:

1. Should I manually generate these schemas and publish them by raising a PR in this repo?
2. If Q1's answer is 'yes', how can I do that? I have create a PR: [ReleasePR HDInsight] add resource types for HDInsight Hilo #2665. But it seems no one was assigned to handle it or review it. Should I do any other process before?
3. The last question is that, if these PR is merged, do these 2 schema(from public and preview specs) will affect each other? In my understanding, They are from 2 different api-version and their resource types have no collision, so they will work fine.
