Support for Apple silicon / arm64

I've tried installing the Apicurio registry operator via operatorhub.io and also directly following the quick start guide.

In both cases I've ended up with the pod failing to start with the error:

standard_init_linux.go:228: exec user process caused: exec format error

I believe this is because the docker image being used is built without arm64 support.
