Will not launch at all

System Details

• OS: Windows XP x64 SP2 with all updates
• Thorium Version: 122.0.6261.171 for XP x64 SSE3
• CPU: Intel Atom N455, supports SSE2, SSE3 and SSSE3 but not SSE4

Problem
Thorium does not launch at all. The debug log shows two errors, one stating "CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified." and the other stating "Failed to load chrome DLL from [thorium path]: Invalid access to memory location." Happens both portable and installed.

Additional Notes
The system has One Core API installed, although I do not think that should mess at all with Thorium's ability to run
