MS Office Asset Selector sites dependency

Hello,

Would it be possible to install the MS Office Asset Selector plugin in an Assets only AEM environment? I would like to install this into an AMS project assets only environment. I have had mixed results so far. When I hit the url in the UI /content/asset-selectors/ms-office.html in my stage environment, I see a blank page but I have it working in my local. Perhaps this is outside the scope of sites, but it is a tool for accessing assets.
