I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but I don't have time to fix it at the moment. Will have to not reprint expressions and statements.

Need to do some more work to make reprinting expressions and statements stable, but I don't have time for that as part of the thesis.

6b8444e disables reprinting of expressions and statements.
