Catalina, the new Mac OS requires a verified developer to allow the execution of apps. Could you resolve this issue?

I attached the generated error by Mac OS, it is in Spanish but I translated it for you:
Photon_WorkShop_V2.1.20 cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified
